This is a fantastic program and clinic. I lost 50 lbs and feel great! I liked the food, was not hungry, and had plenty of energy. The thing that really helped me to be successful was the coaching. The coaches are knowledgeable, helpful, and inspirational. Checking in every week gives you a chance to document your success or get back on track. I highly recommend the Ideal Protein program and the Ideal Weight Loss clinic.
