I have been a client since November 2023. I lost 58 lbs from Nov. -Apr. leveraging their TWS and Red Light Therapy. Since then I continue to spend time with Kim, Dawn or Allison three times a week enjoying red light therapy. I am no longer using it for weight loss, but for stress management. I can’t say enough good things about this practice, and my ongoing interactions. I look forward to spending 2025 with them. Ash is the office manager and has been able to help accommodate the hardest of schedules for me. She is truly AMAZING!!!

My experience with lipoMelt red-light treatment and Ideal Weight Loss & Wellness has been nothing short of fantastic. I feel better and have much more energy. The staff is outstanding and helpful. They really take the time to help you understand the process and all of the amazing benefits of the therapy and food options that they offer. I highly recommend their services! This is a fantastic program and clinic. I lost 50 lbs and feel great! I liked the food, was not hungry, and had plenty of energy. The thing that really helped me to be successful was the coaching. The coaches are knowledgeable, helpful, and inspirational. Checking in every week gives you a chance to document your success or get back on track. I highly recommend the Ideal Protein program and the Ideal Weight Loss clinic.

If I could rate higher I would. Kim and Ash are both amazing, Ash runs front desk and has amazing customer service skills, Kim manages the weight loss side of the biz and Red light therapy, I've been going here since January, it's a bit pricey but the care you receive and consist an follow up is by far the best I've ever seen. Great job Ladies, definately make me enjoy coming in twice a week!!

Ideal Protein is a remarkable weight loss program. It is the only thing that works for me. The system provides great tasting products. Some of them I will continue to use, just because they taste that good. The process definitely teaches your body's level of carbohydrates to protein that assists in the weight loss and maintains the weight loss. The team at this location is one of the best. Their encouragement and support definitely helps keep you on the road to success. I can't say enough how great this program is. They will always be a part of my regiment. Try it. It works!!!!

I was scrolling Facebook and found an ad for redlight at ideal weight loss & wellness Colorado. I had to laugh because I called and ‘Ash’ answered and I thought I had called the wrong number I was so confused. Turns out Pinnacle Chiropractic and Spinal Rehab Center of Highlands Ranch and Ideal weight loss & wellness are in the same office and I had just went to an appointment from an ad for chiropractic services. Anywhoo, I had a great experience with everyone and decided to make an appt for redlight. Kim is amazing! She was very knowledgable and answered all my questions about redlight/diet etc. I ended up purchasing a package to do redlight for weight loss. I started in July of 2024 and in November 2024 they offered an unlimited redlight package for cyber-Monday that I couldn’t pass up. I ended up hitting my goal for weight loss and have been very pleased with the results. However, I also want to mention that redlight has helped me out tremendously for managing pain/inflammation/stress. I have an autoimmune disease that causes a lot of discomfort in my back/knees/body and a very stressful job. I noticed a huge difference with stress/pain/inflammation when I had to miss a week or two. I can vouch and say this has helped me in so many ways and I am so grateful that I reached out. I can’t hype this place up enough! Everyone that I have had interactions with has been awesome. I want to give a special shout out to Dawn, Allison, and Ash for staying later, or sometimes doing early 9:010 appts jk with this (inside joke) but thank you for accommodating my schedule over the past year, thanks for all the laughs, making me feel comfortable and for the friendship/family vibe. I look forward to seeing everyone weekly and I will miss them when my sessions are done. I highly recommend trying this place out if you’re looking for managing pain/stress/inflammation or to lose weight/inches/tightening loose skin etc.

Ideal Weight Loss & Wellness Clinic of Colorado has been a game changer in my life. I used them last summer and was amazed at how easy the program was to follow along and the extremely fast results I got. I am using them again before summer comes along to tone back up, but this time around though I am also utilizing the red light therapy to help target specific areas of weight loss. I LOVE the red light therapy for so many other reasons though too. I have seen dramatic improvements with my skin; it is smoother, clearer, and more youthful looking. The time under the lights is so relaxing. The office is of course clean and very professional, but it also feels like a spa!

Ideal Protein has been the ONLY successful weight program for me!! If you are serious about losing weight, Ideal Weight Loss & Wellness of Colorado is the place to go. The staff and coaches (Joelle and Suzanne!) are so friendly and supportive...I enjoy my weekly appointment and walk out ready to take on another week of weight loss!!

This is a wonderful program, and I have been through many over the years with limited success. Very easy to follow and the results from this program are amazing!! The coaches are encouraging helpful and supportive. Coach Kelly has been and inspiration to me with her guidance, knowledge, support and friendship. I lost the weight I wanted to loose for my wedding. I am very grateful and highly recommend Ideal Protein which was recommended to me by several of my friends with great results!!!

I would like to thank Kim and the staff at Ideal Weight Loss & Wellness Colorado for helping me through my weight loss journey in the 60 LipoMelt Body Sculpting. I had went into this journey thinking that I would not be able to achieve my target goals of losing 15 lbs. To my surprise, I lost a total of 20 lbs. Without Kim weekly feedback and coaching, I would have not been able to accomplish this. The best advice I received from Kim was stop being mean to myself. This is a wonderful program and clinic.
