I found Rick after searching for someone to work with one-on-one to do strength training...even with bad knees. His approach is no-nonsense and efficient. His workouts are tough, but he never pushes you too hard and they are customized to your individual needs. I've made so much progress in just a few months and feel much stronger overall.
