Every minute of the workout is hard but it is the most rewarding feeling after every single session knowing you are pushing your body to its fullest potential. I recommend Rick to everyone I can because you really can't get the same workout anywhere else. Not only are they great workouts, but you focus a lot on form and good eating habits outside the gym that all together help you reach your goals in the fastest way possible. Plus the one on one training in his secluded gym is a big bonus!
