Malisha Ramirez review for Infinity Laser Spa

I wanted to take a moment to recognize both Madison and Mila for providing such an exceptional experience. After a misunderstanding and some back-and-forth caused by one of the employees, Madison stepped in and handled the situation with professionalism, kindness, and genuine understanding. She listened to my concerns, addressed them thoughtfully, and made me feel valued as a client. Her customer service was truly outstanding and turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. I also want to give a special shout-out to Mila, my laser technician. She was absolutely phenomenal! She was knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Her expertise and care did not go unnoticed. Because of Madison’s leadership and Mila’s exceptional service, I would highly recommend this location. Thank you both for going above and beyond!
