Body Contouring & Wellness Massage Miami Beach Reviews

This place is great. I love the hospitality, the warmth, the experience and the results I get. You will love Helen, she is very accommodating and flexible. With her body contour, she has made my body look like a work of art. I drive all the way from Hollywood to Boca for my appointments, because the results are amazing.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The cleanliness, service and aesthetics are all top tier. After a few months of RF I 100% see the results. I’m so happy I started right after giving birth. As I’ve lost weight I feel like the RF has helped keep the skin in my abdominal area tighter and I can visibly see the difference in my stretch marks. Helen has great energy and makes you feel comfortable. I feel like these appointments are a big aid to my weight loss journey. I’m so happy I came across this place. I’d come everyday if I could!

Helen is truly the best! From the moment I started my body contouring journey, she made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I came in with concerns about stubborn abdominal fat and cellulite on my thighs, and after just a few sessions, I could already see such an amazing difference. The cellulite has decreased so much that even my family has noticed, and my abdominal area feels lighter, tighter, and more toned. Helen’s professionalism and knowledge make every session such a great experience. I’m so grateful for her service and couldn’t be happier with my results!

I recently enjoyed a spa package treatment with Helen as my esthetician, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The place is very pretty, beautifully designed and calming. Helen’s attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality made the entire treatment feel personal and enjoyable.😊 …

An absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel at home. I decided to try their massage treatment focused on eliminating cellulite and reducing measurements, and I cannot recommend it enough. The massage therapist was incredibly professional and knew exactly the right techniques to address my concerns. I noticed a significant improvement in the texture of my skin, and most surprisingly, I’ve already started to see results in size reduction after just a few sessions! Additionally, the spa is impeccably clean and offers a variety of services that I definitely want to explore on my next visit. If you're looking for a place to take care of your body and mind this is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to go back!

What an amazing experience my body looks incredibly different with just 5 sessions. I feel so confident. Helen is a beautiful soul who cares about her clients and not only does the procedures but guides you on how to maintain healthy habits moving forward. I feel so beautiful. Its been a long time since I've been able to say that and its all thanks to Helen at Body Contour .

Helen is absolutely amazing!! She has been treating my fibrosis post lipo on my abdomen. She combines multiple modalities tailored for my body. I saw results after the first session and it just keeps getting better. She is an expert at her craft. She is also sweet and lovely to talk to. 10 out of 10

I cannot recommend this place enough! I have been seeing Helen for years - even after moving from New York to Miami, I continued with her because no one compares. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your results and overall well-being. Every session is personalized and you leave feeling (and looking) amazing. If you are looking for amazing results they are truly the best. I would not go anywhere else!

I had an amazing experience with Helen! She’s very knowledgeable and explains the whole process and outcome to you. The team is super caring and friendly. I feel way less bloated and so relaxed, could tell the difference in my body right away! Definitely worth it!
