Actually loved my microneedling experience and will be going back! They were very informative and did not try to sell me on unnecessary treatments. My skin is healing SO well and I will be booking another session! I also went to the wrong location and was late to my appointment and they were very accommodating.

I had a great experience at BH Beauty Lab. From the moment I walked in, every staff member treated me with kindness and professionalism. Booking and street parking on a Sunday afternoon, were such a breeze. Thank you very much.

Just had a microdermabrasion + IPL + Pico laser What a fun sweet group of humans. I have so much fun every time I come here. The combo I mentioned above was painless but so far effective. I got a 3 pack because that’s when you start to really see results. This combo is going to lighten my dark spots, build collagen, help with skin texture and give me a nice glow. As there is no downtime I have I’ll be good to go for a big meeting I have tomorrow! If you need something quick, painless and no downtime to help you glow, I recommend getting this!

I had an overall okay experience at this clinic. The staff are friendly and the space is clean, which I appreciated. However, I did feel that some staff members could be a bit pushy at times. The main reason for my low rating is the laser hair removal service. After 12 sessions, I’ve only seen about a 10% reduction, which was disappointing. I was told that this method works more gradually, but my results didn’t reflect the expectations that were set. While my overall visit was fine, I personally wasn’t satisfied with the outcome and wouldn’t recommend the laser hair removal service based on my experience.

Never coming back here again. Besides elle who was great, had bad experiences every other time I came. I’m convinced the other people don’t actually know how to use the laser hair removal machine properly, because my results are…unimpressive to say the least. The staff was overly pushy with trying to upsell me other procedures that I had no interest in, going to far as to make rude comments trying to get me to purchase additional treatments ‘if you want your skin to look smooth you really should try this laser’ The final straw was my laser tech telling me, completely unprompted, that the reason I had ‘very enlarged pores’ was because I ‘applied my skincare after taking a shower’…. Absolutely unhinged and rude, best believe I shut that shit down. This business needs to learn to better respect their patients and not just view them as cash cows. Just because I’m in your chair for a specific procedure does not mean you can talk to me crazy and make rude personal comments about my appearance, esp if I didn’t bring it up first. I’ve been going to med spas for the past 8 years and this was by the far the most uncomfortable I’ve ever been made to feel. Save your money, this ain’t the one.
