I had a split earlobe that Dr. Desai was able to repair in less than 10 minutes. Check-in process was seamless. Excellent bedside manner from Dr. Desai and his medical assistant. The front desk staff were all friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Waiting area and patient rooms were very clean. 10/10 would recommend and will return for any future dermatological needs :)

After several years and multiple appointments at Heights Dermatology, I can honestly say that I believe I am in the best of hands and receiving the best of care. Dr. Alpesh Desai, along with his entire staff, have always met me with kindness and professionalism, explained every procedure and test results, and helped me to feel confident and calm. I have never felt rushed, they take their time in sharing options, and welcome your questions and input. Besides being friendly and knowledgeable, they have also been excellent at keeping appointment times and wonderful about scheduling visits on the most convenient days. Their lobby is always full, but each patient is greeted with a smile, treated with respect, and the wait is never very long. I can't say enough nice things about them, and I highly recommend them without reservation.

I've been very happy with Heights. While doing a biopsy they managed to help me get things done that would have been more expensive.Had I paid cash. And they did a really good job. The team is super nice and the doc is very knowledgeable!
