This place is GONE!!! I went to my scheduled appointment just to find out some other company bought the building and has no idea what happened to Alabama Med Spa!! Noone called me, noone is answering the phone, i had to put stop payments to be safe so they don’t charge me for anything!! They must have got caught with some fraud or who knows. Coz they disappear in a month with no warning and some other business is now operating there!!!! Anyone else got this experience lately???? Im sure ton of clients!! Ill be opening a case against them for fraud

I had the best facial today by Laurie. She was very kind and listened to me when I told her about my sensitive skin. The assistant Jordan was thorough and knowledgeable. The place was so nice and clean. I can’t wait for my next facial!

Today, on the last day of 2025, I had my hydrafacial treatment from the package I purchased and it was wonderful. Sara was amazing, very dedicated and intentional about doing the treatment correctly and thoroughly. This is my second treatment with her and she always delivers with excellence. Diana is also very kind and patient, which makes the whole experience even better. I love my visit today y and highly recommend getting this treatment here. I was sold by their salesman into a dumb deal. And when I wanted to cancel the rude owner got on the phone and started over talking me and didn't care to hear what I had to say. I recorded the conversation and will be recording that as well. So since the rude man Tony didn't allow me to cancel, I proceeded with my appointment but they ran out of gel. So I couldn't get my service that I wanted. I asked Sarah when will they have the gel, she couldn't say. While getting my facial the machine stopped working. So for the 3rd time I'm regretting doing business with this company and since this company is greedy Tony would not grant me to cancel. I will be telling all of my friends and family members and they will also be leaving reviews. This is such an unprofessional place, I hate that I gave them a try, I should have stuck with my gut.

Everyone was so nice. The atmosphere was very calming Elena was amazing and gentle on the extractions! She explained everything. You should definitely check this place out!
