Office Manager (Sonya) and Assistant (Rose) also made sure I was comfortable while waiting, answered questions and made sure to keep me updated with wait time. I had laser hair removal, laser spot treaeants for facial blood vessels and hyperpigmentation. Little stinging zaps, but well trained professionals and top of the line equipment. I always leave with a little purchased product too, today was Jan Marini Transformational Eye Cream. Thanks Team!

After being on hold and multiple phone calls, I ended up getting an appointment that was four months out and they said they would put me on the cancellation list.And that there was a few in front of me, which is completely reasonable.I cannot imagine there not being a few cancellations in four months my appointment's today and less than a week.Ago, they sent me an email that had paperwork to fill out which is normal as part of that paperwork.You need to sign a piece of paper that said you would put a certain percentage down, and no matter what they are gonna determine a copay for you.Now, this concerns me, considering that we pay a lot for an insurance.That doesn't have a deductible and doesn't have a copay for a reason.This was an unexpected cost which I am not looking forward to

I met with Kylie to have a MOXI laser facial treatment done and I truly walked away more knowledgeable and with a plan I’m excited to pursue. This office is equipped with great laser technology but that doesn’t matter if the laser tech isn’t knowledgeable or experienced. Kylie knows everything and more about lasers and protocols and I felt so safe with her treatment despite being prone to pigmentation. Her guidance was clear, straightforward, and reassuring and I know I’ll get the best outcome with my skin following her instructions. Kylie is a rare gem and everyone should see her for their aesthetic needs!

Writing this review for my husband who had his eye muscle fixed two weeks ago. Dr Garcia did an Excellent job! His eye had drooped due to muscle weakening after retina surgery 8 years ago. The surgery was relatively quick and painless. Of course, everyone heals at different rates; his eye healed quickly with minimal swelling and visibly no bruising. He looks normal again! Ann the surgery scheduler is very helpful and was great to work with. The doctor has a very busy schedule so we had to schedule out a few months but maybe because she is that good she has a lot of people coming to her. The office staff is friendly and the office clean and well organized. Dr Garcia is professional and friendly; and, is an Excellent surgeon.

Dr Garcia and her team are amazing! I had hooded eyes with extra skin and she transformed my eyes to perfection! I’m so happy with the results and have referred a few friends to her as well. I should have done it sooner!

Upon her examination, she recommends a treatment that will help with the reason for your visit. I met Dr. Garcia on a Tuesday and my procedure happened on Friday. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome of my procedure which is exactly what Dr. Garcia recommend. I had a very poor experience related to amount charged in advance justified as an advanced consultation, which turned out to be a 5 minute consultation. No effort was made to rescind the billing category. I would not come back, and the folks who referred me here have lost my business as well. Good luck with your ill-begotten gains
