I can’t express enough how grateful I am for Dr. Rai being my surgeon. From the very first virtual consult through meeting him on surgery day, he made me feel completely comfortable and truly cared for. I was treated like a human being, not a number. He personally walked me into the OR, spoke calmly with me, and even rubbed my arms until I was asleep. That level of compassion meant more than he’ll ever know. My results are beyond my expectations, and the care didn’t stop there. He personally called me the night of surgery and again the next day to check on me and talk through my care. His aftercare instructions were clear, thorough, and step by step, which gave me so much peace of mind.
