Highly recommend this place Dr. Turner and Nurse Jazmin made my skin look beautiful after struggling with acne! All staff is really nice.

Dr Turner is always so kind and thorough. Her staff is very good and communicative. Their automated system also works great with the reminders and pre check in.

I have came to Doctor Ellen Turners office for my acne. She treated it amazingly the first time with a quick and easy regimen. My skin cleared up and I was so happy with the results. Additionally the entire staff is so welcoming and great at explaining any questions you may have.

Dr. Ellen Turner and her staff provided outstanding service. Clarify all my questions. Gave me advice on how to avoid any skin damage and how to protect my whole family. I chose Dr. Ellen Turner in part because she markets her practice as offering functional medicine and hormone evaluation, and this was explicitly reiterated to me at the time of scheduling a new-patient appointment. Upon arrival, I was told, by the nurse who began my appointment, that these services are no longer offered. This information and the whole nurse interaction was delivered in a rude, dismissive tone towards me. When I questioned the discrepancy between what was advertised and what was actually provided, the staff response made it clear this practice is struggling with medical burnout and workload issues. This discrepancy constitutes misleading advertising and induced me to schedule a visit under false assumptions. I informed the nurse and front desk that I was not going to waste my time or a copay under those circumstances, thanked them, and walked out. More broadly, what is concerning is a clear pattern in how patient distress and criticism are handled. In public responses to negative reviews, the practice repeatedly invokes HIPAA, policy, credentials, and the “inappropriateness” of public feedback—not to acknowledge harm, but to deflect it and subtly shift blame onto patients. While HIPAA limits specifics for the practice of medicine, it does not prevent basic empathy or accountability from providers. The choice not to offer either reinforces an unequal power dynamic where patients are framed as confused or inappropriate for speaking up. A practice that markets itself as compassionate, functional, and whole-person oriented should not respond to patient concerns by hiding behind policy or authority. I strongly encourage prospective patients—especially those seeking functional or holistic care—to read the lowest reviews carefully and pay attention not just to what patients say, but how those concerns are responded to by Dr. Ellen Turner.

For about 12 years I had a rash in both of my ears that was driving me crazy. 3 dermatologist and 2 primary care doctors told me it was eczema. They prescribed steroid creams which worked for about 24 hours then the itch and oozing would return. Dr Turner looked at it and said "I don't think that is eczema lets test you for allergies". A week later for the first time in 12 years I was itch free. Dr Turner has come thru for me over and over. She is simply the best.

Dr. Turner is phenomenal! I wish I had known about her before now. Her staff are amazing. The offices are beautiful. This is a very warm and inviting place, which makes a difference when you are having surgery done. A truly talented Doctor! A+++

Customer of Dr. Ellen Turner for 10 plus years. Current rating would be a ZERO if possible. The office staff is terrible in terms of communication and being Professional. Communicate only through the Portal, and they want to sell you every possible service other than taking care of basic Dermatology needs. Don't go to them period. Latest experience come in for blood work to get your prescription filled, ok I did; then sorry you have to do patching to get prescription filled, you never get the straight story from them. Don't care about Keeping long time customers !

Dr. Turner is amazing as well as her Nurse Sonya. She came highly recommended by Mother and I am so glad I took my mom's advice. She took care of me even though I was late and confused about my issues. Also she was very thorough in her explanation for my upcoming treatment. Dr. Turner and her staff are top notch.
