Hermosa Cosmetic Center - Med Spa

***PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY*** The injectors at this establishment are highly unprofessional and DO NOT know what they are doing. I went in for a lip filler consultation, I voiced my concerns and what my goal was. They acted like they heard my concerns in a dismissive manner, as if I was annoying them and knew what they had to do. The minute they did the first couple of injections, I knew their technique was not normal. I went back a few days later due to excessive swollenness and bruising, I asked to speak with them and both injectors told me I didn’t know what I was talking about even though I have gotten lip filler multiple times before. They tried resolving the issue by offering to get them dissolved but they were ROLLING THEIR EYES right in my face literally saying I didn’t know what I was talking about. Of course I refused to received any further services from them since they puncture and inject peoples faces with no expertise or basic knowledge. I am currently two months after the procedure and my lips are completely deformed due to the misplaced filler. It took almost ONE MONTH for the swelling from main injury to go down. Please learn from my mistake and save yourself from this establishment. FIRST 4 photos are from week 1 of procedure. LAST 2 photos are current, over 2 months after procedure.

I had an amazing calming facial by Grace. My skin was so dry and patchy but Grace helped take care of that and recomend a great I-image product to prevent it from happening again. I will be returning for another facial soon.

Best selling point: The team here will tell you not just when you could use botox, but also when you DON'T NEED MORE. A doctor that is willing to tell you that (even if you might not want to hear it) is worth their weight in gold!! If you haven't been here before, just know going into it that the doctor uses a translator that is a nurse (who also works with you in the injection process.) Once you know that, it's fine! The team is great - don't let a slight language barrier stop you from using one of the absolute best cosmetic centers in the city. So reasonably priced, highly skilled, and excellent service. Truly a hidden gem.
