I purchased two packages, one for Emsculpt and one for their Thick Girl Thursday promotion. I paid for the entire invoice prior to services being rendered. I was looking forward to my experience at this salon since I’ve seen great results on their social media. But here I am at my first appointment as I write this review trying to locate their salon in the building with no one picking up my calls, or answering my text messages asking for help and letting them know I’m here. As you could imagine, you begin to feel a little scammed after spending so much money just for them to take my money but are not rendering any services or providing any form of communication. Definitely disappointed.

I purchased the Mommy Makeover and Sauna Bag treatment. Yesterday’s first session was great. Clean, relaxing atmosphere. Rina, the owner, and technician Chance were very professional. Looking forward to seeing results over the next few sessions.

I was terribly disappointed when a scheduling miscommunication came up. Within 24hr I’ve received a response from the business and thanks to Abby and D my remaining sessions were scheduled. My initial review was the following: “ Purchased a Groupon to check the service, after those 3 initial sessions where I can schedule weekly appointments they had sale for Black Friday so I purchased the Delux package. Why not, they were amazing and I wanted to see results. And mid that package - here we are where the customer service fails. I was told that the treatments need to be done after a week for a best outcome, and if I follow up with each appointment they would be able to schedule me for the next week. That doesn't apply if you cancel. However the next availability is 3 weeks out. So there goes the money down the drain... Terribly disappointed.” Things like these would come up anytime and in any business, but I can certainly state that they handled this professionally and I’m falling in love with this place more by each treatment. Thank you ! Highly recommended!

I rarely every leave reviews but I love this place. I’ve been getting treatments here for over a year now and they’ve really made a difference in my waist and back. Good addition to my workout regimen, I’ve lost more inches than I normally would have with diet and exercise alone. The staff is always friendly and the owner (Rina) is very accommodating (I’ve needed to reschedule a few times and it was no problem). Also I’m always greeted pleasantly And offered water and even wine or Champaign which is cool. While on the lasers, I always get the best nap in, the whole experience is just soothing and refreshing. Also the spa is beautiful! And comfortable! I’ll always be a customer here.

This place is a total scam. I had an appointment today at 4pm. Arrived in advance and when I arrived to the location nothing was there. Merchant never responded and after an hour, had the audacity to say she was there waiting and I didn't ring the bell. There is no bell, I looked around all the building to try to find any indication and nothing exists. Don't loose your time, it's a total SCAM. So disapointed...

Horrible place!! Dirty machines, broken machines and used them on clients anyways, delayed payroll, etc, just a horrible spa owner, not worthy of being called a boss! The coworkers I worked with were great! Rina is just the devil in sheep's wool! A "pig with lipstick on"!! Terminated me and then tried to still force the fake contract I signed LOL!!!! I'm ready to drop ALL the receipts... I just want Rina Singleton, the so called boss, to give me a copy of that the "fake" contract she tricked me into signing. I honestly want the original contract since I will never be returning back to that place! I told her on several occasions, I lost my contract due to losing a bag I had the contract in, and I would like another copy for my records, and she refuses to supply me with another copy! Receipts or contract, you choose..... They dropping one way or another!

Atmosphere was very relaxing. They made sure I understood everything and that I was comfortable. I got the ultra package and it definitely works! I would recommend this place to anyone . So far one of my friends has gotten regular lipo and she had a great experience and my boyfriend will be getting his first laser on this week !

This place is amazing!! I've been to other places before, and it works much better here. Rina and the other techs really "sculpt" your body and use the proper amount of force. I bought 8 sessions, and after my first one, I lost 1 inch on my bra line, 2 on my waist, and 1 inch on my hips. On top of that, communication and professionalism was amazing. I called twice before making the purchase and asked a million questions. Rina was super responsive and patient with me and answered everything. She taught me all about the science behind it. She also gave GREAT post-care instructions. The place is so cute and girlie and very clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This place is a scam. They processed over 6k on my credit card which was stolen - clearly not checking the card info against the actual patient, which I never was! I called a few times and left a VM, nobody returned my call, on the subsequent attempts, the voicemail was full. Please cooperate with my bank and return the stolen funds & and ID your customers agains the payment info. Who was visiting you on 10/18 in the below amounts cause it sure ain’t me?

I will give it 3 stars because my first experience at the salon was wonderful. The front desk receptionist was very welcoming and helped explain the whole procedure to me as well as what I needed to do to get the results I want. The next day I had my first session and the girl that helped me made sure I was very comfortable and asked questions to make sure she got the right areas of where I wanted the fat removal. She was very helpful and professional. Fast forward three weeks later due to the fact that they had to put me on a last priority schedule because I purchased the Groupon instead of the full price packages. I arrive after having some trouble getting into the building. It was definitely very busy and packed that day. The lady that was there was very rushed and didn’t even check to make sure where I wanted the fat removal. As I was having the procedure down, I could definitely tell that I wasn’t feeling the same effects as I did the first time or anytime I’ve had sculpting. The machine went off in 20 min (shortest I’ve had sculpting) and I had no assistance with what was going on next. I had to call to have someone assistant me after waiting for 10 min there. After she assisted me with finishing the machine, I needed to change back into my clothing. She must’ve forgot something and opened the curtain for whoever was there to see which was a bit humiliating. I looked in the mirror after to see the results because with every cool sculpting I’ve done, I’ve been able to see results right away.. The second time around with CBC I didn’t see any type of results. I really wanted to like this place and invest my money here especially since I live a 6 minute drive away now. I really had such a pleasant first experience but the second experience really did not impress. I’d be careful with the laser machines after seeing the different comments about other customers having issues with them.
