Dr. Ye and Susan are just AWESOME!! THEY ARE THE NICEST Friendliest people that make you feel at home!!! Dr. Ye always makes us laugh and Susan I can talk to for hours!!! Dr. Ye takes his time and answers all your questions. Me and my mom both had eyelid surgeries and so happy with the results! I highly recommend all the time!!!

When I went to see him for a second consult to verify that I was doing the right thing with my eyes He was very condescending Kept insisting it was my third visit when it was my second Demanding that he should charge me Was very pushy on scheduling a date and getting my surgery done And they don’t even have any openings till late January Try to convince me to do a facelift and not just eyes Told him I couldn’t afford that He insisted that he doesn’t even charge enough for face lifts Because he’s so excellent Haven’t seen any great pictures on his website And then at the last minute that decided I had under eye Filler, which needs to be dissolved first Strange he didn’t notice that on the first visit obviously not very thorough I would not recommend

I recently had an eyebrow lift and it turned out amazing. You can barely see the scar as it runs along my lower brow line. Tiny stitches leave tiny scars. 5 stars for the service cause i loved my result. 3 stars for the professionalism during my procedure.. I came with my friend for consultation for filler. He was being very friendly and joked around a lot with us. i asked many questions for peace of mind since its my first time getting coesmtic procedure. While I was on the chair with the needle in my face, i asked a couple questions, and he snapped and said "why are you asking so many stupid questions? it's getting me mad. that's why you dont have a bf" my friend and I thought he was joking, but he wasn't. He continued on to repeat the same thing about my questions being stupid and i shouldnt ask so many questions and just ask the important ones. my questions included: 1) How many syringes do u think I need? how much are they? 2) will my face look round since my face already have some fat? 3) if it help my dark circle after the filler? 4) How long does it last? 5) what happens if my cheek is pinched? (think if my bf forget that i got filler and playfully pinch my cheek) Again, LOVED the result i got. loved that he was friendly and playful. but I felt offended during the procedure when he snapped.
