Mistina Zimmerman review for LightRx - Charlotte

1 star for the facility and 4 stars for the injector. The fact that the parking is IMPOSSIBLE to find and never was mentioned beforehand, as I am sure it’s an ongoing issue, huge annoyance. Also, I was emailed and texted multiple times to be “on time as the injector is very busy”, and I arrived 30mins early and I still sat 15mins PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME! So I can be early and y’all can be late. Terrible experience and the staff were both snotty and rude (lady in the brown leather pants you know you were super rude). As there was ongoing construction in the back also that made it not relaxing or “spa like”. The injector was kind and thorough, but she’s not a full Time Staff member, so be aware there aren’t “touch ups” or follow ups. Als not ONE person said thanks or ANYTHING when I left.
