Carlese Linker review for Infinity MedSpa and Wellness

Infinity MedSpa has always had a wonderful reputation in Charlotte, but I wanted to share my personal experience with Infinity after they prevented permanent scarring and helped me heal from a bad laser brow tattoo removal experience with another provider. I sent a photo to Infinity of my first laser tattoo removal experience gone terribly wrong. They reached out immediately and offered to fit me in to assist the next morning because they knew my skin needed urgent attention. I went in the next day completely stressed out about scarring (and my brows looked terrible). I was met with all smiles and compassion at the front desk. I then had my first appointment with Katie Sullivan, whom I now refer to as THE brow and face whisperer of Charlotte! I looked like a clown (seriously) and Katie approached the situation with total calm, compassion, kindness, and most importantly an incredible skill set. She was upfront with me about my situation, not over promising any treatment results, but putting together an immediate plan to triage the awful situation. I came in about to have a meltdown and left feeling confident she could absolutely fix my brow fiasco. Her approach with her clients is impeccable. She explains every detail and every step. My first appointment with Katie was early this summer. Fast forward to the end of 2025: my brows are completely back to normal and I have also had two IPL laser treatments to help address persistent rosacea side effects. I couldn’t be happier, and Infinity MedSpa has a loyal and incredibly appreciative client for life! I’m so grateful to this wonderful MedSpa for going above and beyond to not only willingly triage another provider’s damaging experience, but also help dramatically improve my facial skin health overall and compassionately educate me moving forward on best practices. If I could give Infinity and Katie a 100-star rating, I would. I’m so grateful to Katie in particular for literally saving my face. Try their services!
