Randolph Rd location is very timely and efficient. You do not have a long wait in the waiting room and you are called for your appointment on time. Completing my new patient paperwork took longer than my appointment. Staff is very courteous and professional. I saw Leila Esmaeili PA-C. Very reassuring and informative. Her and her nurse were great!

Dr. Hayley Leight is highly respected and very knowledgeable. She takes a personal approach with each of her patients!! I have always had a great experience with her. Highly recommend her

Whoever does the booking needs to make it clear to patients which location their appointment is being booked at. Or ask them. I always try to book at the Pineville location, their number is the one I call. It’s 20 min from my house and 13 from my office. Don’t love finding out from a reminder text that without asking/telling me, they scheduled me at the office 25 min away from home and 45 from work. I called the Pineville office to schedule at the Pineville office. It would be nice to be told on the phone that hey, just so you know, you’re not being scheduled for this location. This is not my first time having issues with scheduling, my last appointment they sent me to the Pineville location but turns out that specific derm does not even work at that location on the day I was there. I think they actually had me in the calendar for the wrong day as well or didn’t have my appointment in their system. Can’t remember. If I wasn’t getting a potentially cancerous mole removed that I want done asap I’d be rescheduling or looking for a different dermatologist because this is just frustrating. Also I messaged them over a year ago about getting locked out of my account and never heard back. Would have dealt with it at my last appointment but with the scheduling mess and then them taking me back pretty late I was in a rush to get to work

I cannot say how much I appreciate the friendly and professional service that I have received over the past four months. Leila Esmaeili and her entire staff always greet me with a smile and are very courteous. I love the service so much I have referred two of my friends.

The PA Leila Esmaeili and her staff were very courteous and attentive during my visit. Leila took time to advise me of all of the possible options and outcomes of the chosen procedure and ensured that she had an opportunity to address all questions that I may have had before the procedure began and after it was finished. I have the best experience every time I go here! My son and I see Leila and she’s incredible and so knowledgeable. The entire staff there is SO friendly and I always feel so welcome. Can’t recommend them more!!

The ladies at check in at the Randolph Rd office are BEYOND AMAZING. The staff made my daughter feel so comfortable and explained the procedure they were going to do and what exactly would happen. Highly recommend. Customer for life!

I am so pleased to say that Katie (Katherine) has been an AWESOME provider! She is always warm and welcoming, has a great personality, and gives the best prep talks. She truly listens to her patients, which made my experience with her 10x better. She was also very informative about the entire process and explained everything in detail, making sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. I am beyond happy with the results and truly appreciate the patience and effort she put into meeting my expectations. My skin has never looked better! I strongly recommend her for any services she’s a true gem 💎 And I must add, the check in and check out receptionist is always attentive, and nice!!

I have wrote reviews before for DLVS, but Dr Payman Kosari has just completely changed my life. He is A MASTER at what he does. Expert in acne scars and I would travel across the world to see him. His before and afters are mind blowing. I cant speak highly enough of him. He will change your life, Go!

These are the treatments we all imagine getting! The ones that actually show results fast! Kelly has me on every 4 weeks peel plus hydrafacial and dermaplane plus at home care. I actually look forward to going now bc the after and beyond has been exceptional- I was even asked if I had filler lol and haven’t in 3.5 years.
