Austin Laser Solutions - Sunset Valley Reviews

I had an incredible experience with Alba! I can’t wait to come back for some touch ups. They are so sweet and clean and mindful. I 100% recommend going to Austin Laser Solutions!

Andrea made me feel so comfortable for my first laser appointment. It was quick and so easy and painless. She truly made this experience so pleasant and I can’t wait to come back!

Today was my 2nd laser hair removal treatment. Could not be happier. The service was quick. Bailey was friendly and informative. The location is super convenient for me as I can quickly run errands in Sunset valley . So much more affordable than other laser hair removal companies I’ve used in the past .

I’ve gone twice with Alba and both times have been absolutely wonderful experiences. I will definitely be coming back to her for all of my lasering needs.

Kaylee and Andrea are truly amazing. Have made me feel so confident with my decision to get laser hair removal with them. The process is very quick, but thorough and couldn’t have picked a better place.

Baileigh is responsive with great customer service in booking and working through my scheduling snafoo. Sarah is kind, professional, thorough, comfortable. Highly recommend!

I did a lot of research before I chose a laser place and I’m so happy I went with Austin Laser Solutions! Incredible value - their prices are very fair, and I love supporting a local business. Super convenient location in Sunset Valley. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Appointments are quick and easy. Highly recommend!

I got Clear & Brilliant done today, and Sarah took such good care of me! She was very thorough and meticulous, treating every inch of my face. For example, my nose is the most difficult to treat, but she did a great job. She also focused on the areas that needed special attention. I’m happy with the service.

Andrea is the best! Each visit she’s happy, smiling, and positive. She makes this whole process easier than ever. She always has great stories, we’re always laughing together, and most importantly, she’s a true professional who never misses a single spot. She also takes extra care with sensitive areas by using aloe vera to calm the skin. On top of everything, she makes sure I don’t miss any promotions and gives me recommendations for the best results. Always ask for Andrea!

It genuinely pains me to write this because I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this experience was extremely disappointing. During one visit, my regular technician was out and another tech performed additional services without clearly disclosing that my package had already run out. She later acknowledged she should have told me upfront and even joked that I probably wouldn’t have opted in otherwise. I felt completely blindsided and only paid because the service had already been rendered and the situation was uncomfortable. I reached out to Baileigh, who was kind and apologetic, but after a lot of back and forth, I was only offered a partial credit. I requested to speak directly with management and NO ONE WOULD SPEAK WITH ME—I was given an email! For a long-time client, this level of LACK OF TRANSPARENCY, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND RESPECT is unacceptable. If you ever need to escalate an issue here, be aware that management is not accessible!
