Alem Assefa review for Emory Aesthetic Center

Subject: Exceptional Front Desk Service by Laura Patient Service Coordinator I wanted to take a moment to commend Laura, who was working at the front desk during my whole visit. From the moment I walked in, truly Laura greeted every patient with a warm smile and provided excellent service. She was not only professional but also went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was seamless and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests made me feel truly valued as a patient. Whether it was providing information or making sure I had everything I needed, Laura handled everything with grace and efficiency. Please extend my gratitude to her, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her outstanding customer service. Best regards, Alem Assefa
