Have been going to Chin Up for the last several years, everyone on staff is fantastic. Maddie is the best! So glad there’s a new location closer to me.

This review is LONG overdue, but I'm sooo glad to share my experience with Chin Up Aesthetics. The service was amazing from beginning to end, and this is between two appointments within one week! First, I walked in for a consultation, then I received treatment from Maddie about 2 days later. My results were A- ONE! The customer service, product knowledge, and product recommendations are why I give it 5 Stars. I would 100% recommend and visit again.

Wonderful experience getting lip filler at Chinup! Afsha was so kind and made sure to talk through any and all worries I had - including post-injection care! Looking forward to going back :)

Where do I start, Chin up has helped me in my ways I can even begin to say. I came in to get the Kybella treatment and in 2 months I can already see the difference. From the front desk staff ,Courtney to the Specialist who sees/ treats me ,Afsha everyone is so knowledgeable and most importantly loving. They make you feel right at home with they way they treat their clients. I am extremely please with my experience and look forward to being a life long client!!!! You all are the best!!!

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Chin up. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and welcome. Afsha, is the absolute best!!!! I told her what my concerns were and what I wanted to improve. She listened and made the best suggestions that would fit my needs and I don’t regret it one bit. I'm new to aesthetics, the staff at Chin Up! has been so welcoming, patient and knowledgable. They take their time, answer all questions and make it such an enjoyable experience. 10/10

The Smyrna office was so nice and welcoming. From the start of my appointment, Sam (patient coordinator) was extremely knowledgeable leading up to me meeting my new injector NP Michelle. Although I’m not new to injections, Michelle made sure I was abreast on everything involving what she would be doing to my face and it made me so at ease. Not to mention, she’s the most gentle injector I’ve ever had. I’ve already referred one of my clients to her. I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!

The best!! Not only is the place extremely friendly, clean, and professional, but everyone there obviously really cares about the clients! The entire team is phenomenal, but Sam at the front desk truly goes above and beyond!! Definitely recommending this place to everyone I know! There’s a reason this place is known as the best around!
