Patrick Holmes review for Body Slim Regenerative Health & Aesthetics

The team at body slim has been great. I came in weighing 227 lbs as of today I'm 197 lbs and it hasn't been 2 months. I started on April 2nd. So that's a 30 lb weight loss I'll follow the instructions as well as doing my normal workout routines and try to eat right.
