Shawna was so great! I was a little apprehensive, but she took the time to explain the treatment and then it was like spending time with a friend. The appointment flew by and was very comfortable. I had an Ultherapy treatment so it will take a little bit to see the full results, but I walked out with glowing skin and a happy heart. Go see Shawna you will be happy you did.

I did not get my moneys worth for the 120 units of dysport. I’m 38, and I kept waiting to my lines on my forehead and crows feet to disappear as it usually does after 120 units, and nothing. I don’t know what she filled my face with, but I look like I got nothing put in my face. Very disappointed and will never come back.

My Groupon voucher was redeemed without the service. The lady promised to reschedule for a Saturday and it never happened. I want my money back!

Beware- owner is extremely unprofessional and combative. I first used a Groupon for Dysport in April 2025, while there she offered lip filler for the Groupon amount- I was pleased. However- I believed she should have, as she called me 10 min before my appointment to share she was running FOURTY MINUTES BEHIND. By day 7, I still had full movement in my forehead and as someone who has been getting Dysport for 2 years- I knew something was off. She offered for me to come back and get refilled- this was another hour drive for me but I did it anyways- my results finally kicked in this time- not sure why her Dysport didn't work the first time. Fast Fwd to this year. I only purchased the lip filler only this time as I did not want to experience dysport with her again- made the appointment which was approved by the owner so they knew my name, my booking and service type and that it was a Groupon, the service details says one cannot use it if they are a repeat customer in 180 days, it has been over a year since I came. The owner texts me 1 hour before my appt to say she is going to cancel it because she is "not going to make money doing this service" Mind you this is the same person who approved the appointment a week prior with no issues- my guess is- she was being lazy and didn't see the benefit of coming in that day- if thats the case- just say that. I am sad to leave this review as I never want to put down a business owner, but bc there was no respect for my time or repeat patronage - I have to make it known the issues one may have using her services. I was given a refund via Groupon and will never book or refer her business again.

The staff is genuinely kind and makes their clients feel special. The location is a pretty and cozy suite with exceptional attention to detail. I am impressed!
